A range of business imperatives including HR processes and operational excellence, systems, rewards and recruitment issues combine to offer a challenging opportunity.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role for a qualified professional to demonstrate your proven record of success in leading and influencing. You are a seasoned HR professional with 7+ years of experience, including senior management positions, ideally in Financial Services. This role will be generalist by nature and you should demonstrate strengths in coaching, change management, performance management and reward and recognition. You will also demonstrate an effective influencing ability, along with a proactive, motivated approach that will ensure HR plays an active role in the achievement of business objectives.
