Senior RecruiterAs a Senior Recruiter, you are to establish a strong partnership with internal clients across the region in understanding their staffing requirements and to execute timely plans and strategies to meet the operations' resource needs. You will also assist the Head Staffing in building a branding program for the company to market Quintiles as a forerunner and choice employer within the industry. The role would provide excellent opportunities for the incumbent to manage staffing projects such as Taleo (Applicant Tracking System) Implementation and streaming the staffing process at regional level.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in any disciple with a minimum of 3 years staffing experience as a company in-house recruiter or as a consultant in a recruitment firm. Candidates who possess a background / knowledge of the Pharmaceutical / Clinical Research Industry will be an adventage.
Excellent project management and verbal / written communication skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels.
Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
Able to travel when required (30 to 40 %).
