Lead HR Generalist
Our client is a leading financial services company. There is currently an opportunity to join its HR team where your primary responsibilities will be to lead employee relations and drive internal communications.
You will manage all employee relations programs to drive employee motivation, diversity and develop a positive work environment. You will also review and enhance performance management programs and work closely with senior managers on training needs. In addition to developing internal communication strategies, you will also play a key role in providing counsel on employee engagement issues.
Degree qualified, you will have 6-10 years' relevant experience, gained in a fast-paced multicultural MNC. Ideally, you have some exposure to Six Sigma. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical to your success in this role.
