Key Responsibilities
Serve as a business partner to the operations on all learning & development related matters
Roll out broad-based L&D framework, strategic HR projects and any other corporate HR programmes for Business Units

Requirements
A good degree in Business or related discipline from reputable universities
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR development
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office software
Resourceful, energetic, has initiative
